- In case of injury, please seek advice from the gym instructor before your workout. Please make sure that you get the proper advice by the gym manager for your training program.
- Please avoid doing other exercises, except those in your program. It is important for your safety.
- Please use a clean towel for the weights, aerobics, sauna and hamam. Shower is compulsory before using sauna and/or hamam.
- Always clean your workout area and equipment from sweat.
- Always wear athletic trainers and socks.
- Please put on antiperspirant deodorant.
- Always wear slippers in the showers.
- After using the cabinets in the locker rooms, please leave them unlocked and open. The key must be left at the reception desk.
- Do not stay on the equipment more than necessary. Do not rest between intervals on the machinery.
- Please keep all areas clean. It is important that we all help to keep the areas clean for your health and others.
- Please inform the GYM/FITNESS MANAGER for any defaults or breakdowns of any equipment in the gym.
